Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
 - 6 cups water
 - 3 celery stalks chopped up
 - 3 carrots peeled and cut
 - 6 garlic cloves
 - 1 onion
 
Directions
- mix ingredients in pot
 - once boiling, set to medium heat and simmer for 45 minutes
 - scoop out the stuff and put into blender, add boullion cube, and a scoop of the broth - blend until smooth
 - slowly pour mixture back into broth
 - spoon broth mixture onto orzo, top with parmesan cheese
