Artisan Bread 🍞
A round, hard crusted bread great with butter alongside supper or for sandwiches!
    
    Prep: 135 mins | Total: 180 mins | Yield: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 3½ cups - Flour
 - 1 package - Instant Yeast
 - 1¾ teaspoons - Salt
 - 1½ cups - Warm Water, 120°F to 130°F
 
Directions
- Mix flour, yeast, and salt - add warm water.
 - Add warm water, mix and cover, rise until doubled - one and a half to two hours.
 - Can rise overnight in the fridge.
 - Put dutch oven in 450°F oven for 30 minutes.
 - With floured hands, fold and stretch dough, going all around the bowl.
 - On floured surface, turn over.
 - Place dough on parchment paper, cover and rest 10 minutes.
 - Put parchment paper and dough into hot dutch oven.
 - Bake 30 minutes.
 - Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes, until brown.
