Cheesy Hash Browns 🧀

Delicious, gooey cheesy hash browns that will make everyone want seconds!

Ingredients

  • 1 32-ounce package - Hash Browns, southern or shredded
  • 2 cups - Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can - Cream of Chicken Soup, condensed
  • 16 ounces - Sour Cream
  • Onion Powder, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Mix hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream, onion powder (quite a bit), salt, and pepper into a large bowl.
  3. Pour into pan, smoothing until level.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix in pan and make smooth again.
  6. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Ready to serve!
