Cheesy Beef Tortellini Skillet π₯

Ingredients
- 1 pound - Ground Beef
- Β½ teaspoon - Salt
- Β½ teaspoon - Pepper
- Β½ teaspoon - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon - Paprika
- 1 teaspoon - Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons - Garlic, minced
- β cup - Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ΒΌ cup - Beef Broth
- 19 oz bag - Frozen Tortellini
- 1 Β½ cups - Fresh Shredded Mozzarella
- ΒΌ cup - Parmesan, grated
Directions
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat and season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. When the ground beef is cooked, drain any excess fat from the beef.
- Add your drained beef, minced garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and tortellini to the pan and pour in the tortellini. Cover the pan with a lid for 3-4 minutes on medium-low heat to allow the pasta to become tender.
- Remove the lid and stir in the mozzarella cheese allowing it to melt. Top with fresh grated parmesan.
